一、产品简介:

      是一种大孔苯乙烯系硝酸根选择性树脂,由于其特定的制造工艺和活性基团,对水溶液中有硝酸根及亚硝酸根具有很强的选择性去除能力,对水中的有机低分子具有很强的抗污染能力,机械强度高、交换速度快、耐渗透能力强。可以从含有大量其它阴离子的溶液中选择性吸附硝酸根和亚硝酸根,吸附量大易于再生,可以广泛应用于含硝酸根/亚硝酸根饮用水、工业废水、以及城市污水的处理,以降低水中的硝酸氮。

      该产品已取得国JIA卫生部门核发的饮用水卫生安全许可证,是饮用水中消除总氮的安全保证。

四、树脂使用须知:

  1. 1.清洗离子交换塔及管道,保证容器和管道无杂物;

  2. 2.除硝酸根树脂的装填至离子交换塔,至规定高度后,摊平树脂,封堵人孔,试压检漏;

  3. 3.调整阀门至逆流清洗状态,用去离子水清洗树脂至出水清澈透亮;

  4. 4.切换阀门至正吸附状态,调整流量值5-15BV/h,即可进入使用;

  5. 5.检测出水水质,当硝酸根超过规定限制后及时切换下一塔吸附,本塔进入解析状态;

  6. 6.用去离子水清洗2BV,然后用10%氯化钠溶液进行淋洗2-3BV,40min解吸硝酸根,结束后用去离子

Due to the specificmanufacturing process and active groups, it has a strong selective elimination capacity for nitrate and nitrite in aqueous solution andgood pollution resistibility for organic low molecular. lt processes high mechanical strength, fast exchange speed and stroncoermeability resistance. lt can selectively adsorb nitrate and nitrite from solutions containing large quantities of other anionsBecause of its large adsorption capacity and easy regeneration, t can be widely used in the treatment of drinking water, industrialwastewater, and urban sewage which containing nitrate and nitrite.The Drinking Water Hygienic and Safety License by the State Health Department has been granted to the product, which is a safetyquarantee for the elimination of total nitrogen in drinking water.

4.Instructions for Operation

  1. 1.Clean the ion exchange tower and pipe to ensure that there is no other things in the container;

  2. 2. After oadina the nitrate remova resin into the specifed heiahtof the ion exchange fower. ensure the resin is flattened. the hole is

blocked, and the pressure is tested for leakage,

      3. Adjust the valve to countercurrent cleaning state, clean the resin with deionized water until the water is clear;

      4. The operation can be started after switching the valve to the positive adsorption state and adiusting the flow value to 5-15BV/h

      5. The efluent quality needs to be tested. When the on-ine detection of nitrate radical exceeds the specified limit, the column enters

the desorption state and switch the next column adsorption in time

      6. lt is needs to wash to 2BV with deionized water first, and then elution with 10% sodium chloride solution to 2-3BV, and 40mindesorption nitratre. and finally clean with deionized water to 3BV then enter standby state.
